T. Todd Brown has been selling RI one yard at a time for over 40 years.
He and his wife, Nancy Shanahan, met when he was referred to her as a great real estate agent. It was Todd’s best sale ever! Today they are real estate partners who enjoy the challenge of finding their buyers the perfect home. They truly make each transaction a family affair. He has been a successful agent and broker for national franchises/independent firms and his own brokerage firm – which he successfully sold to a national franchise.
T. Todd is an active member of Kent Washington Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, the Elks Lodge and the North Kingstown and East Greenwich Chamber of Commerce.
He is past board member of the American Cancer Society, South County Mental Health and Washington County Board of Realtors. He was also past president of HCA Health Care Assistance, a sister company to VNS Visiting Nurses.
T. Todd is originally from Baltimore – he attended Kent’s Hill Boarding School and the University of Maryland. To say he is well-rounded, is an understatement. He attended National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS), worked on a cattle camp in Colorado, performed theatrically in Hawaii and worked on the set of “Jaws” on Martha’s Vineyard.
T. Todd has 3 sons – Randy and Nick (twins) and a son Courtenay, and a step son Corey – and 2 dog- B. Buster Brown. He enjoys skiing, biking, meditation, and yoga. Todd and Nancy have lived in Wickford for the past 16 years. All four boys were educated through the North Kingstown School System and all the boys went to URI and CCRI.
